Gasket selection: High temperature resistant gaskets that match the flange must be used, and ordinary rubber gaskets are prohibited from replacing them
Torque control: Tighten strictly according to the specified torque. Over tightening can easily cause flange deformation, while over loosening can result in poor sealing
Bolt replacement: Bolts that are severely corroded or damaged during disassembly should be replaced together, and it is recommended to use anti loosening nuts
Thermal expansion consideration: A small gap can be reserved during installation to compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction of the exhaust pipe
Anti corrosion treatment: After installation, the new flange can be sprayed with high-temperature resistant and rust proof paint to extend its service life
